Geen ontvangst door eigenaar. Die woont er niet. Komt alleen voor ontbijt klaar te zetten.

De gastvrijheid, moderne kamer met zeer mooie badkamer en uitgebreid ontbijt . Zeer mooie omgeving en tuin . Ik zou het iedereen aanrader.

Moderne, comfortabele kamer. Pakketje met shampoo, douchegeld en body lotion bij aankomst. Ligging is zeer rustig, maar toch vlakbij de kust. Ontbijt zeer goed, met verse croissants en vers fruit, zowel zoet als hartig. Vriendelijke eigenaars. Accomodatie ligt aan verharde weg. Auto staat veilig dmv afgesloten poort.

Toilet aan/ dichtbij het zwembad zou handig zijn, nu moet je telkens naar de kamer.

Everything! From our host's warm welcome and hospitality to the panoramic views from the breakfast terrace and the swimming pool and the very abundant continental breakfast. Villa Lucilla is the perfect spot for anyone seeking a quiet getaway in the beautiful hills of the Marche and it's only short drive from the many attractions the Marche has to offer; from blue beach coastal resorts, to UNESCO heritage sites and much, much more.

No complaints here; everything was perfect for us. However, the bedrooms are reached only by a staircase so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Pasquale and his father, Luigi, took wonderful care of us. On the day of our arrival, we were greeted with a perfect Italian coffee and a delicious pastry, which made us feel at home straight away. The villa and the estate are absolutely beautiful, offering a serene atmosphere with stunning views of the sea and surrounding nature. Everything is brand new, spotless, and tastefully designed. Our room was modern, comfortable, and very well thought out. All of our questions were answered quickly, and we also received great tips for exploring the area. From morning coffee to the complete breakfast, everything was well prepared and generously served. Thank you both for making our stay so enjoyable. Nice location and view, rooms are very clean. The house is beautiful and the pool also. Pasquale is very nice and helpful, than you so much Pasquale!
