The unit is new and was very clean and comfortable. Each bedroom has an amazing view of the bay and great to wake up to each morning. There’s a restaurant, cafe and convenience store in the building which is really handy. The beach is literally across the road and was nice to walk along after dinner each night. Kevin the host is a gentleman and very helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed and organised our cruise of Ha Long Bay and even drove us there himself and offered to pick us up after. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends travelling there and would stay again.

The only minor downside is that you have to pay per person to use the pool. For longer stays with a few people it could add up.

The apartment is so new and the landlord is very helpful and friendly. it's in a perfect location. It can't be more ideal with a million-dollar view, full of sunlight but not heat.

Our family had a lovely stay at a la carte. The apartment was beautiful and has a phenomenal view. Kevin looked after us very well, helping with bookings and drove us to the port for our cruise. Be aware that building facilities like the pool are lovely but come at an extra charge.

Apartment was beyond exceptional! Balcony with a fantastic view of the bay, and the apartment itself was so clean, modern and had so many amenities… we had just come from the Ha Giang loop motorbike tour and the washing machine in the apartment could not have been a better touch! The location is out a bit from the slightly larger hub of restaurants, however it is a stones throw from the beach and the complex itself had everything - supermarket, icecream parlour, indoor/outdoor pool, gym, restaurants, coffee shop etc.. not to even begin with the host Kevin - he was more than just a fantastic host, he was available for any questions or help we needed through WhatsApp and he pointed us to activities, transport, food in the area, thanks again!!

We had a wonderful stay at A La Carte apartment . The apartment was very clean, with an amazing view. The setting was beautiful, and the overall experience was excellent. Unfortunately, we stayed during Chinese New Year, so many places were closed, but that didn’t affect our stay. Thank you for hosting us—it was a fantastic experience!

We really liked the location. It's in an area that is in the development stages of a new building and it lacks nothing. Kevin, who is in charge of the apartment, was excellent. He answered and helped us with everything quickly. A great guy.

Use of the pool and spa facilities including the gym costs a separate fee. Although not that expensive, it should be noted in the booking notes.
