Very modern, clean and spacious apartment with great views. Restaurant on ground floor had very tasty meals and there's a good Cafe and mart as well. Host was very friendly and helpful. Beach is very nice.

The host helped organise transport, which is very nice. Both Anna and Kevin are very nice and responsive.

I don’t think asking for additional security deposit is a good idea. No other apartments or facilities have this practice.

Lack of hot water for the bathtub.

Kevin was super helpful. He recommended and organised a couple of trips for us. Definitely will come back here if we're ever passing through again. We'll highly recommend family and friends to this place

Nothing really

This beautiful apartment is facing the ocean on the 26th floor, everything I needed was available the magnificent sunrise in the morning and the view of the ocean. Fabulous, the water was warm to swim, and the beach was very clean and free of garbage.

I was very disappointed that the pool was closed as I do laps every day, it was due to the severe storm they had in November, I have a walking disabilities so a lot of the things are still being constructed, the restaurant was still closed from the storm, and it was a little bit away from things for me to reach

1. The host is a perfect example of providing a superior guest care. 2. Living in a spotless apartment on the 38th floor with a perfect view, where a huge beach is available, it is unbelievable!! Do not hesitate to live there!
