Ottima posizione ,da tenere in considerazione che il parcheggio è solo a pagamento.

La doccia da rivedere, l’uso di tende poco igienico per una casa in affitto, inoltre il kit da bagno era evidentemente già stato usato dagli affittuari precedenti.
