Gorgeous 3 bed house in Matlock + Garden ‘lookout’

Cosy house great for friends to get tother and relax. Lots of facilities for eating in. Log burner (didn't use) Main bedroom had roll top bath, beds were comfortable. Easy to get to Chatsworth. Ashbourne, Cromford Mill.

Maybe instructions on how to find TV channels.

very clean and welcoming,The host left milk in the fridge and Provided Teabags etc.

very hard to park outside the house in the evenings.

Lovely interior design, very cosy and a wonderful garden space with lookout.

Access to lookout needs some repair as the wooden stairs aren’t far away from rotting away.

overall the house was a lovely house with lovely bedrooms and comfortable beds and good working wifi.

no washing machine at the property could maybe have done with one as the weather was abit wet so could have done with washing some wet clothes. One of the couches in the living room seemed to have a damp smell to it but noting you couldn't get over.

Attic room great. lovely and warm and cozy throughout the house. Garden sweet and good amount of room for us all. Clean and tidy made it easy to leave tidy and lock up. Great shower and lovely bath too.

Coffee machine didn’t always work and radiator in bathroom didn’t work. No kindling for the fire, but all tiny little things and overall a lovely house a great stay. Parking not so good had to park far away. Took ages to work tv, a booklet for it would be great. But again only suggestions for the future, as was a super stay and would recommend to everyone.

Absolutely stunning, very stylish and plenty of room for 4 adults, and our children. The attic room is beyond stunning.

It is a cozy nostalgic house. It was clean and set for us, so felt welcome. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The garden was lovely, and so were the view's from it, and from the windows

The kitchen is cramped and the fridge is a little bit aside, so it's not so comfortable to cook in. The stairs are steep. For us it was ok, but with little children, or elderly people, It is something to be considered
