The attention was excellent

Eric was very kind, I arrived late from the bus station and he was very responsive. There is a beautiful rooftop, a gym and good internet connection (100 mb)

The shower had some issues sometimes it stop working after 10 min and only cold water was running.

The host was very helpful and the room was very comfortable.

The host was very kind and very helpful. The location was convenient to the national park. The host let us use the kitchen and the upstairs dining area above the kitchen which has a spectacular view.

Google maps will not take you to the property address. You will be dropped 2.5 blocks away. This ought to be fixed, and adding a sign out front should help too.

Eric was beyond helpful and kind, he rented me all the gear I needed to summit Iztaccihuatl, drove me there, and generally helped me to have a really great experience during my time.
