"Dissapointed"

I had to ask many times to the host to provide me with an invoice. However he replied 3 times "I am very busy ATM. Ask Booking". Then I made him note that Booking rules state that the host must issue the invoices. He finally sent me a word document with zero information regarding number of invoice, nor any other data from his side...I will not be able to declare my stay in Exeter to my company. But I will make an official claim through Booking. Please, do NOT consider this apartment if you are travelling for work

"An excellent find for us. Will stay again"

Its a lovely clean beautifully decorated apartment in what for us is the perfect location for visiting nearby family. Lovely comfy bed.

The takeaway downstairs banging a door(?) loudly every 15/20 mins until 11.20pm. We had hoped for a very early night because of an early train next day.

"OK for a 1 night stay"

Clean and reasonably comfortable.

Alot of noise in the building and repeated 'knocking 'noise - possibly coming from the plumbing. The road was quite noisy but that was to be expected being on a main road

Exceptionally clean. Good location close to the city centre. Cheap 24-hour car park 5 minutes away.

"Lovely and cozy flat with a super host!"

The place was welcoming and comforting, it even had some books, food & drink supplies for us, and two chairs to enjoy the private space outside. The flat is very well served by buses and trains, and it offers a variety of lovely walks in the vicinity. James was a great host: very available, informative and ready to help us with anything we needed.

"Once inside, it was fine and suited our needs for one night."

Once you were inside, it was clean and well maintained.

It is above a take away restaurant, accessed down a narrow alley and you need a code to get in the gate. Unfortunately the code we were given was incorrect so it took us a while to be able to get into the property. It’s away from all the other hotels and on a busy road.
