"Lovely studio apartment stones throw from the Quay"

Very clean and comfortable. Great location for Exeter Quay. Lots of food options on the doorstep and right opposite a shop for supplies.

Some noise from pub opposite but didn't disturb sleep.

Great value and very convenient for visiting our friends in St Thomas’. It was very clean and perfectly comfortable.

It is above a shop - getting in is through a couple of security gates and up a steel staircase.

"Really cozy small apartment very central in Exeter, great spot to start exploring the city!"

Location was as advertised, very central and also only 5min walk from the conference I attended. Very easy to get in due to codes and keys locations being very clearly communicated. Clean and cozy apartment, with the coolest lemur wallpaper, and they even left some soft drinks in the fridge and towels were provided.

The password for the WiFi didn't work, and when I enquired and emailed about it I didn't get a reply until the next morning when they told me it had been changed. This meant I couldn't do a lot of work or relax with a movie in the evening which was a bit unfortunate.

perfect location, super clean, lovely and helpful host! The food and drinks were a super lovely touch as well, our stay was wonderful and we would absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves in exeter, honestly couldn’t be better!

"Lovely apartment"

Everything! Loved the little extras. Coke and Lemonade in the fridge on what was a very hot day ! Spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed. Perfect stay

Would have given 10 out of 10 but couldn't work the TV. This could have been me though !
