Modern studio apartment; 10min walk to town & quay

Didn’t try it. No keys in lock box and couldn’t get in.

Keys not in lock box. No one answered mobile or knocking. Had to wait outside all night in a strange city. No refund given. They say I didn’t reply to a message saying what time I arrived, but I had no mobile signal and didn’t see it. TERRIBLE service. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Location was perfect, a tad noisy (hot summer, window open) but for the city and quay it was perfect. Plenty of eateries locally, I possibly would not recommend the cafe on the corner opposite the “Poundland” shop, it was “sticky”. Everest Masala, Indian was a real treat.

Cooking facilities in the flat were minimal, a toaster in the kitchen would help. There is a note to say they are in the middle of redecorating, that is unfortunate as the bottom of the kitchen (the kick space ) was open, the grouting in the shower, hmmmm.

Bus stop outside 4 mins to town cantre

Does what it says on the tin. Comfy bed and nice shower. For one night, it’s great.

It’s on the main road but it’s not as noisy as some people are complaining about.

We liked that there was a mini kitchen and a decent size room. It seemed clean enough and did the job of a cheap place to stay in Exeter.

Would have been nice to have a toaster or if the microwave worked as an oven as well. Also would have been nice to have a couple pillows each rather than just one each. The floor boards are also very creaky.

The place had everything we needed, even a fan for the hot weather. The location is unmatched and spoilt for choices of shops and restaurants. Hosts were very considerable and kind.
