The location was amazing with beautiful views and was very comfortable and soo homely , definitely worth every cent .

Clean, tidy and modern facilities. Good location and quiet. Views of Table Mountain. Good eating places nearby.

I like the fact that they gave me a check out extension till 11h00.

1. When we got to the Rose Hotel, there was absolutely no parking, but on booking.com, it states parking is available. I feel it is false advertising, and I ended up paying for my own parking. 2. The Netflix account was not paid for The Rose Hotel, and I had to log in with my own Netflix. I took pictures of this as I feel this is extremely bad. 3. They only clean the room once every three days and then give you an issue with providing you with a clean set of towels and soap. 4. There are two lights in the room that does not switch off completely unless you switch it off at the main box. 5. Then, lastly, the bathroom smelled a little bit like mold, and they should look at this. But also, the extractor fan in the bathroom does not switch off, and you have to close the bathroom door otherwise you hear it when you want to sleep.

The fact that it was safe, clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

The in room TV was giving issues and it did take a day or two for someone to come and have it sorted.

The lady that checked us in and out was so nice friendly and well-spoken explained everything to the T . The place was clean excellent for the price well equipped loved our stay.

The bed is very comfortable, the furniture and appliances are very good and the position is good. The staff is friendly.
