"Very unprofessional and they don’t care about their clients"

They don't allow visitors, and this important detail is not disclosed during the booking process. Instead, they send an email with this information only after payment has been made. I was graduating and needed my family and makeup artist to assist me in preparing for the event. When I inquired about visitor policies during check-in, the receptionist directed me to speak with the manager. However, the manager didn't answer my calls and later responded via WhatsApp, stating he couldn’t assist and claiming he wasn’t the manager. It's unacceptable to withhold such crucial rules until after payment. Additionally, the TV wasn't working, and even the security staff couldn't resolve the issue. As the owner of a travel/concierge company, I certainly won't recommend this place to my clients.
