Honestly, there was nothing I liked about the room due to the issues with the facilities and the uncomfortable temperature.

I am requesting a refund of half of the payment. According to Booking.com, the room was listed as having a smart TV with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, but upon check-in these facilities were not properly available. The TV was not working, there was no Wi-Fi connection, and the air conditioner was not cold. The heater was also not functioning.Staff came and only tried switching the units on and off, but the issues were not resolved. The room became extremely hot and uncomfortable, forcing us to check out early and book another room.”
