Parkside Retreat - 3 Beds -Sleeps 6 Near Westfield

This place was neat and tidy.Spot less clean.hardly 10mins from the city centre and less than a minute down the road from Westfield mall and supermarket. Kitchen had nice coffee/oil /salt/pepper daily essentials to cook which we thought was very thoughtful. This is a gem and good value for money .The host is lovely too .Will only stay here everytime I come back to Christchurch.Has a parking too which you hardly find in Cc. Thank you host ☺️

Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and good bed linen. Good location for access to university and Riccarton Mall a very short drive away. 2 heat pumps meant we were nice and warm at night both in the living areas and bedrooms.

It seems petty but given the high standard of the property it would have been nice to have had decent sized mugs for a cup of tea and a pod coffee machine is pretty standard these days! (A plunger was provided though). Also nice to have a small milk on arrival. Also, a duvet for the sofa bed which we did use. Good job on the wine glasses though!

Lovely little house. Cosy and comfortable. One 'complaint' would be that the mugs were tiny!! Really missed being able to have a decent sized hot drink.
