"Excellent location near to university and riccarton mall."

New, clean and modern. Off road car park near the unit in a nice quiet neighbourhood.

Lots of stairs!! But otherwise nothing!

"The property was so nice it felt like home."

I was unable to get access to wify on arrival in Christchurch, but got my cousin to speak to the host and get the door code, etc. The property was very clean and the facilities were excellent. Felt like home.

The property had been kept in new like condition and included amenities like a Dishwasher, Ironing Board and a washer and dryer. We found extra bed linen, pillows, etc. Even a lint brush was included along with cookware, toaster, tea, coffee, sugar.
