i liked the location but the caravan was not upto standard things were broken and furniture was derty

the shower riser was broken window locks were broken and furniture was dirty will not go again

Everything perfect location

Sofa bed mattress was thin

As we didnt booked though parkdean we had to buy passes. I knew this but they were reluctant to sell them to me. Then I had to paid £10pp on top of this for the kids to take part in activities. Activities for teenagers all have addional costs.

The bedrooms were smaller to other caravans we have rented before. But it was clean and we managed. We were happy with the locations as we had a dog but it would have been good to be advised we were next to the main road, opposite the arcades etc.

Clean and tidy caravan with room to park and a quiet location

Park was very quiet , would of been nice if the little shop had been open but understand it was February

Very very Grubby It felt so dirty and am so gald to be home Wouldn’t stay again I have a baby and dint feel nice to be staying in a caravan in this state Curtains had a big hole in Patio doors were getting stuck and had to slam is shut and unable to lock from the outside Chairs outside broken Hairs on the cooker I even requested for it to be cleaned throughly due to having a baby with health conditions Smelt like dog when we walked in Carpets and chairs very dirty Wish I read the reviews before I stayed (my own fault ) Very unhappy

Caravan location good, liked the ability to close off the kitchen, big tv and veranda nice. Close to the beach.

Only one shelf in the oven made cooking for 4 adults a little hard, also no frying pans, towel shelf broken in the main bathroom, outside chairs broken so nothing to sit on, on the veranda so we couldn't really enjoy it.

Could do with a good clean ie sofa chair carpets

All the bugs if trees are cut back there would be less

The Beach Close by and the area, as my Partner Had many Holidays there as a child

On Arrival, the Unit was filthy, from the entrance mat was dirty, the furniture had dirty hands prints on, and the Settee was Brown with Dirt as was the Carpet. The glass had been wiped over with dirty wet cloth as it dried all smeerly and dirty, the nets had blood and grime on them, the curtains had never been washed. There was crumbs everywhere. The bathroom were dirty, the beds were dirty as well as the mattress protectors, we had to go and buy quilt sets and bed linen. It was just competely Grubby. We had a 3 night stay and only stayed one, had to book Hotel in Great Yarmouth at my own cost. The Patio door had sropped so was hard to open and close. The TV didnt work and i had to play with Ariel to get anything. The unit is right by entrace and main road, very niosey. There is an amusements accross the road that is so niosey and finally ended about 11.00. The bedroom is directly opposite. I complained and only got back from them saying, they generally have very high standards, and cleaners are second to none, made me laugh. They need to be sacked if i had my way. If i had read the past comments of people who stayed i would have been aware of this before i went. The offered me one nights refund which im still waiting for. I would ideally liked a full refund. It cost me 2 nights at a hotel in the end because i couldnt stay there, it was Grim and filthy. I really could go on and on with the faults and grime found in every room, but you get the idea. All i would say is be aware and read all the comments before booking. I hate to do reviews like this, however its not fair on people to spend what is a lot of money to families and only receive a sub standard property. Just cleaning and a little of attention to detail would help.

The cliffs and beach were lovely , the caravan was large and comfortable and really nice . The pink palace arcade and bebe Rais loaded fries were great 👍

The location of the caravan wasn't great , as nice as the arcade was we didn't realise it was gonna be next door ,lights and noise not conducive with a relaxing break . also right next to the road and entrance to park , noisy buses , cars and Gary boys with loud sound systems till the early hours ,street light on all night lighting up the whole caravan . neighbouring caravan occupants turned up sometime in the early hours and parked 2 foot from us shining torchs through our windows . never like to leave negative feedback and we had a lovely family evening but we all had an awful much disturbed night's sleep so sadly after booking three nights we left after just one .
