Host is very accommodating. The house and facilities so far okay.

No aircond in the hall, and the bathroom (down) flush took long time to refill. Maybe pump issue.

its so close to the beach.

We cannot check in on time (3 pm) due to some doorknob issue. Took 15 minutes or so. Inconvinient for family with kids after a long drive. The floor is sticky despite being told the cleaner was cleaning the apartment.

No AC on the living hall,swimming pool need to pay,kitchen facilities is bad

Very poor building maintenance. Wet and smelly corridors. Unit cleanliness are terrible. Bed sheet come with hair, floor and wall full with dust, toilet are not cleaned

The place was generally well kept, clean and equipped with cutlery.

AC upstairs was not cold enough and the barbeque drum had a big hole at the bottom and hot burning coal kept falling out of it which was dangerous. It should be made clear on the posting that there is a RM10 charge per extra car and that you have to pay if you want to use the swimming pool

Can occupy 13Pax. Even we have only 10 pax.

Floor not properly mopped when previous customer checked out. Sticky at marble floor and a bit of sandy at my bed in master room. The agent did send cleaner to mop the floor for us after we complained. There are hidden cost like RM120 for house cleaning, RM 5 for using resort swimming pool.

The place is clean & comfortable. Quick & clear response from Mr Aden, the host. Beautiful beach view. We got the privilege to watch Helicopter Rescue Demo by ATM, from our balcony. Awesome!
