Perfect location near a private and pretty clean beach. It's actually very convenient to get down to the beach itself from behind the block. Unit itself is comfortable and in pretty ok condition.

While the unit itself is in good condition, the same can't be said about the building. The lift is dark and not very convenient as there's only 1 for the entire block. The ground floor walkway tends to be messy as air con runoff drips across the sandy floor so older folks must watch their steps.

Location was good. Within walking distance to the beach. Near the commercial area but u need to drive out. There is a bbq pit for bbq which is within the unit itself, not shared with other units, which is great.

Some maintenance needs to be done in the toilet. U need to bring your own utensils if u need to cook coz the kitchen may not be equipped with it eg a wok, blender. There is no ironing facility. There is no washer and dryer. The bbq area is clogged with rain water so it can b a bit frustrating.

The location was the best part. The views were identical to those on the website. The private beach itself was spotless, clean and being private, we had it to ourselves.

A bit grubby in places. Only one 3 seater sofa for an apartment that potentially housed 13. We had 7 in our group altogether. Some sat on the plastic stackable stools but not suitable for relaxing on, in the end we used the single mattresses provided and lay on those by the TV. Could have done with more cutlery. There were the hidden costs of hiring extra towels and pool use.

Bed and pillow was quiet comfortable.

Need improvement in cleanliness. Should provide dishwasher, mop, more rubbish for each rooms. Adding sofa would be better as that house cater for more that 10ppl. No mirrow in the rooms
