Modern 3BD Retreat I Near Hotspots I Sleeps 12

It was big and spacious.

This property is advertised for 12 ppl. That’s great and it has the room however there are a lot of issues that need to be addressed here. Sheets were all over the place,some white some gray some navy. 2 pillows did not have pillow cases. 2 pillows were nasty dirty (I have pics of them). The sheets were thin and who knows if they were even washed being dark color. Photos have a pool table, no pool table in the condo. My kids were looking forward to that. Take out the pics if there’s been a change. Check-in is at 4pm, that’s just too late. Lastly the kitchen needs a lot of attention. Literally 2 forks for 12 people?? And no I’m not using the 3 cheap plastic forks that were worth he other 2 regular metal ones. 3 mugs for coffee and a 4 cup coffee maker. Ridiculous and totally unacceptable!! Glasses, about 4 but in the photos there’s a bunch. This made it very difficult to cook there and we paid a good amount for a kitchen that was very much so unusable. Sorry for the negative review but others should know if they’re renting with a big group!!!

-Enough bathrooms for the entire group -Excellent Location -Gated community -Television in each room -Host was very responsive during the stay

-Lots of stairs that separated bedrooms which limited interaction between members of our group -Garage was shallow, difficulty getting sedan inside and garage door closed -Lacked billiards table from picture

For the first four days of our stay, there was no internet. This was a major inconvenience and the host only offered a $50 refund.

It was pretty clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and it was nice for each bedroom to have their own bathroom. Looked very similar to the picture.

The main thing for us was the area. The neighborhood was ok there was lots of construction and didn’t seem the greatest. Another thing was it would have been nice to have like a how to book/info book like WiFi password and faq sorta things. Another thing was it would have been nice to have towels in all of the bathroom. Most of our complaints about this place are pretty minor and was still a great place and would recommend.
