The room have weird smells that can’t ignore it

The location was great, 5 minute walk from the bus stop and 25 minute bus to the city centre. The rooms were all clean and attractive, and the host was very gracious and responded to messages super fast, attending to all my needs. Towels, spices, and shower products were provided, which was convenient for me. Very pleasant stay, would definitely reccomend.

The carpet flooring could have used a vaccuum, but that's about it.

Falta limpieza, atrás de la cama hay mucho polvo.

I liked the downstairs area it was nice, I also liked the area as was next to shops.

I didnt like my bed and I am not sure why they tale a £50 Deposit which came out but I cant see it go back in and they said it will go after 3 days it's been 5 days still nothing had to take out my own trash :/ bed was not comfortable and didnt have extra pillows had one pillow on top of the wardrobe and that was really filthy unfortunately.Toilet is extremely small and I couldn't pee or do anything properly as was so very small.

Era una casa típica inglesa convertida en habitaciones. Estaba bien organizada y las instalaciones no están mal si sólo pasas a asearte y dormir. El personal súper atento y agradable, disponible a cualquier hora.

El baño de la habitación 2 minúsculo y el desagüe de la ducha estaba asqueroso. Claramente no habían limpiado bien la habitación porque había una toalla sucia dentro del armario del lavabo. La cocina asquerosa. No sólo es responsabilidad de los visitantes limpiar sus platos. En el lavavajillas había platos CON MOHO y en la nevera había algo que olía asqueroso. Creo que deberían ocuparse más de las zonas comunes. Por otra parte, tuvimos un problema porque al llegar (habíamos avisado de que nuestro avión aterrizaba tarde) no estaban nuestras llaves en el cajetín y claramente nadie se había molestado en comprobarlo porque el chico que nos atendió se sorprendió y tuvo que venir a darnos SU llave de repuesto para que pudiéramos dormir esa noche, todo esto a la 1am. Por lo menos nos atendieron bien.
