I really enjoyed everything during my stay — the room smelled amazing! I’d love to know the name of the perfume you used. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was lovely. I even tried to extend my stay, but it wasn’t available. Thanks so much! Hope to stay again soon

The only thing I found a bit difficult was the entry code system — it’s different from what we’re used to in Sweden, but thankfully it was sorted out.

Fan was provided while it was 32 degrees which was great, no noisy neighbours and easy to access!

Location - very regular fast 192 bus straight to city centre.As a Freedom Pass Holder that saved me lots of money and time.Also a 15/20 mins walk from Belle Vue National Stadium which I went to for 2 rounds of the FIM Speedway GP. Also close to Lidl & Asda supermarkets. Kitchen and its facilities - very well equipped so could store and cook my own food plus all the crockery and cutlery needed. The access system - having the door keycode and an internal key safe meant no worries about losing keys as I left them in the key safe whenever going out all day/evenings. Wifi. Bathroom cabinet is a good size.

Extremely noisy couple in Room 3 on my 1st night waking me at 2am with loud music and laughing.I put on my noise cancelling headphones and got to sleep.Only to be woken again at 4am(think they went out and returned). Obviously the management can't stop this.I didn't know how long they'd be there and feared a confrontation if I'd asked them to be quiet.Luckily they went the next day. The lack of noise insulation due to the house modification makes this sadly inevitable.In Rooms 2/3 you can hear each other using the toilet/shower very clearly. The bathroom door opens outwards into the room barely leaving space between that and bedside cabinet until you push/pull the door right to the wall. The bathroom sink is tiny.Barely get your hands in it to wash them.And the 'plug' didn't work as it just sprang back open again.The towel rack with a towel on hides and can knock off any toilet roll. A claustrophobic space. Bedroom window would'nt close fully. As its summer it was fine to be open most of the time but in winter could cause drafts and waste money on extra heating.
