Ashfield Co-Living - Private Room Self-Cater

I communicated with the property management company over the telephone. It was all very easy.

The bedroom window was faulty and didn’t lock correctly. Given the area, I was a little worried about security. after a number of attempts, I managed to close it.

Stayed here to visit my daughter at university. Excellent location, close to fallowfields and buses to city centre. The room was clean and cosy and well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Position from the centre

It was dirty. Some towel were dirty, we found hair in the bed and bathroom, window wouldn’t close properly.

Nice and clean, you have everything you need for a short stay. Good communication with staff. In general very good place.

The bed was quite narrow for 2 people, and the sink in the bathroom was tiny.

Although we never have contact with any member of the staff due to the nature of the accommodation, they have been super helpful with some initial problems I had with the water boiler and the heater, and managed to send someone to help us while we were away. Special thank you to Axelle and Cristy for being the biggest help! The check in information was very clear and overall we were very satisfied with the house. We saw some pictures of some other rooms that were a little more spacious than the one we were in but it's okay, the fact that the assigning of the rooms is random makes it so that we can't always have the bigger room and that's okay, it was still comfortable and suitable for my mom and I. If you enjoy walking then you can get to the city centre in a 1h walk, which I did multiple times and it was okay, but if not then there are bus stops nearby and an Uber will range between 8 to 12 pounds for that 10 minute trip. Thank you once again for everything!

The fact that it is a shared accommodation always makes it so that you have to reply on the good sense of other people. Unfortunately some people staying at the same time as we did always left the lights on and left dirty dishes in the sink for 3 days but we just did our own thing and washed our own things and turned off the lights whenever we saw that they were on. It is just a shame that some people do not respect the house rules.

The property was extremely dirty! We had dirty towels and the bathroom was unacceptably filthy. The neighborhood is dirty as hell and feels dangerous.
