The home was beautiful cozy and very relaxing the location was great

Beautiful home, very spacious close to baseball and football fields.

It was freezing in the home, turned the heat to 90 but the temperature in the house never got above 70.

The place was Great, really peaceful.

Under the Beds was dirty empty bottles and dust on ceiling.

It was everything. Spacious, location was very nice and quiet and only 10-15 minutes from everywhere we went. Owner's were very nice and responded in a timely manner, as well as left complimentary snacks and wine. 😊 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We contacted the property owner as soon as we arrived to tell them about all of the lightbulbs that needed replacing (dining room, living room, upstairs bedroom). The light fixture in one of the upstairs bedrooms is hanging by a wire. The entire house had a musty odor (which we understand from visiting NC numerous times that some properties are not immune to mustiness), especially the bathroom on the second floor. The upstairs bathroom could have used another scrubbing; the areas around the baseboards and tub were dirty. We opened the windows in the dining room; the sills and windows were filthy. The kitchen lacked enough utensils (just 3 teaspoons for 8 people) and mugs (we shopped Target and Goodwill to get more). The cooking tools (pots and pans) were so worn we didn't feel safe using them (the Teflon was gone or coming off). The dishwasher didn't work - food remained on the dishes. We re-washed those as well as the dishes in the cupboards, and then didn't use the dishwasher again. We didn't see a smoke detector on the first floor. There is mold on the threshold of the doorway between the laundry area and the garage. Driving up to the property it looks uncared for - most of the lawn is dead or weedy. The final straw was the 2" bug (waterbug or roach; couldn't tell) that we killed in one of the upstairs bedrooms. While there was enough room for all of us (8 adults and a toddler), it definitely is not the nicest place we've stayed.

It was convenient to my location. Enough bedding for everyone.

Not enough supplies. Damaged rotten pots and pans. No towel rods in the main bathroom.overall unclean house.Old kitchen and kitchen supplies.
