[ANNA's HOME] super cozy flat, with a/c, high speed wifi, near the lake and public transport

We LOVED our stay at Anna's Home! Everything was exactly as described/the photographs and we could not be happier with our time here. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need for an extended period (or even a night or two), the location was incredible, close to everything you need but still quiet and private. Bonus of AC during summer was necessary and worked incredibly well. Would not hesitate to book in here again!

Great location close to the lake, train and bus station and grocery store as well as restaurants. The apartment was very clean and well equipped.

Location is very convenient to Ferry service, Bus terminal, and Como Lago train station. There is also a food market 1 minute away.

It was a bit of a frustrating stay. Unknown to us the a/c power circuit was flipped (or tripped) off so the a/c did not work the first night. Contacted the host (who was responsive) but host could not figure out the issue in the chat. We were sent a video to watch to try and troubleshoot the issue but video was not helpful. On the second day, after a day out, we asked the host if the a/c unit could be fixed. Host asked us to check the power panel and that’s when we discovered the power circuit for the a/c was tripped. Once the switch was turned back on the a/c worked without issue. We then went to dinner (leaving no appliances or lights on other than the a/c) and returned 90 minutes later to the apartment. When we returned to the apartment, nothing worked (a/c was out, lights to all rooms was out); apartment had a total loss of power. Host was contacted again and told us to go down to the lobby and see the main power switch for the apartment. Apparently this had turned off while we were out to dinner. The switch was then flipped back on and lights and a/c returned to the apartment. The host offered to sent electrician and stated that there were no issues before. It is unknown if the power issues are intermittent in nature which can make it difficult to detect. Nevertheless, despite the responsive host, it was a very frustrating stay dealing with the power issues. Future guests of moderate size should be aware that the shower is small in size. You will find yourself bumping against the shower walls.

Everything! Great location, central but away from noise. Perfect for buses and boats. San Giovanni train station an easy 20 minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped! The best we’ve ever stayed in. The bed was super comfortable and the air con very much appreciated.
