Lovely views of the river Yare, very spacious flat, clean, comfortable, variety of board games provided, plenty of cutlery & crockery. Felt very relaxed staying here 😊

The window in the main bedroom did not have good insulation, and a significant amount of wind seeped through the cracks. Possibly because we visited during one of the coldest days in December, and the fact that the room is on the top floor of the building didn’t help. But apart from that, we had a good time there.

Very comfortable flat. Everything you could need was there. Including washing up liquid and dishcloths. Lovely view of the river and an ideal location close to the town. Plenty of parking spaces.

Lovely property in a great location , as we were going to a dance at the Town Hall so could walk there and back. Thank you from the hosts for the great instructions of how to get to the property and how to get in.

Fantastic nice and warm accommodation, well worth a stay. Fantastic views across Great Yarmouth. More than enough room for two people. Bus stops nearby, short walk to town. Will return if the opportunity arises.
