Firstly the communication from Kenny was top notch. The directions given, made it easy to find and super easy to check in. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The apartment had everything, perfect for us. Family of 5. Right next to the river Yare with lovely river views. Four minute drive to Lidl, plus loads more supermarkets including ASDA and ALDI. A short walk into the town centre and the golden beach and entertainments are a little further. We drove to the Norfolk Broads and hired a boat for the day. It was stunning.

Not much.

Lovely spot, clean and comfortable. Any questions we sent to hosts were answered quickly. Easy parking, close to shops, beach and town. Had an amazing stay would definitely stay again. Really felt like a hone from home, lovely watching the river. Easy instructions sent on day to where to find the keys etc. Great having the 2 bathrooms both with a shower. Good size fridge/freezer and plenty of storage in the kitchen. We had never visited Great Yarmouth before, but once there we didn't need to venture out any further and spent the whole week just in Great Yarmouth, loads to do.

There were only 2 things wrong, one minor, one major, the minor there was only one saucepan, could maybe do with another one at least, and the major problem was we had to come home at the end of our stay, we could have stayed for longer.

The location was perfect near to the train station and the centre of Great Yarmouth.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable as a bed. Ended up sleeping on floor instead

Nic modern comfortable apartment with homely touches. Such as games and books to read and small toys

Fabric softener used on linen as I have allergy to perfumes
