DE1) The duvet cover was dirty with yellow spots on it. 2) If you take a closer look to the toilet, there was still shit on it 3) Nobody sent me the door codes before i arrived, so i had to wait like 20 minutes until i could reached Somebody to Open the door for me. Then the guy told me the door codes, but He told me the wrong code for one door, so i had to call them later again. It would be better, If you just text the door codes to your customer before they arrived 4) they are somehow unable to issue an invoice for the stay. I asked multiple Times, no invoice until now.

Change the sheets. Make guests aware part of the building is residential , it’s not a hotel but a small room with en-suite. The building from the outside looks like it’s derelict!!!!!!

NLThe location was good because it was close to the event I was attending and very close to the station.
At arrival we stood outside in the cold and rain for over 30 minutes because no one was there to open the door for us. We could finally get inside when a different guest arrived and opened the door for us, but we still didn't see any employees. After another 10 minutes of waiting we tried to phone call the hotel to ask if someone could please check us in, but no one answered the phone. After calling 5 times an employee finally showed up, seeming annoyed he had to help us. When we got to the room, there was a crack in the window, the bathroom door handle kept falling off (meaning we couldnt lock or even properly close the bathroom door) and the lights kept flickering off. Eventually the lights turned off altogether and we had to sit in the darkness all night, only using the flashlights on our phones.

The radiator in my room did not turn off! There was light streaming into the room at night it was through the window onto the corridor and there was no blackout in the curtain. They also wanted us to photograph our id and send it by sms. This is a big no no in an age of identity theft. It was impossible to get the shower to a point of warm it was either freezing or roasting. Twice someone tailgated me into the property one in the evening and once in the morning. The set up seamed a bit doggie.
