Room was too cold heating didn’t work. Was loud and busy in the corridor, doors slamming people talking. There’s an observation window above the door that was letting in light constantly.

There was a very bad smell in the foyer.I was worried.I thought the room small,condensation on the window,& not a deluxe double room,that I had pre-booked for.I complained .

The shower doesnt work properly. They didnt change the sheets once for 5 days. We had to ask for new ones and change ourselves. We needed hairdryer and they didnt bring it even if we needed it. Weather was cold but we had to sleep with wet hair everytime we showered. They didnt bring toilet paper until we asked. I itched all the time i slept in that bed i think its because they dont wash sheets properly or maybe bed bugs. Also it was not safe. The passports are similar to all rooms and everyone above 50 iq can easily enter your room. In the end we didnt like it it was not comfortable.
CAVery clean and comfortable for our one-week stay. The kitchenette suite was modern and well-equipped. The central location is perfect for trains and buses.
There was no front desk, so check-in was unusual, requiring phone calls and meet-ups for entry codes which could have been included in a message. There is no terrace or courtyard as shown in the property details.
