Disorganized. No one to meet and greet on arrival. When the guy turned up, all codes to front door, hallway and room were given. It would be super easy to enter any other room, as the codes were simple to each room number. There was no toilet paper, so I went and bought my own.

No parking unfortunately but I knew when I booked I had issues with the shower but was resolved by Cristian very quickly No hanging space for clothes or towels

The curtains were not blind out curtains so affected my sleep with the sunlight coming up so early

ESI was all over the moon. How kind was Cris (the owner) and the lady that I talked by phone, amazing. They were extremely polite and super dedicated to making me feel confortable, they helped me in every single aspect. It was for a work visit so I had meetings all day, I arrived town a bit early and leave a bit late, so my worry it was what to do with the luggage, Cris was super helpful and replied in seconds to all my messages finding a solution. The room was spotless clean and the bed super comfy, the room has everything you may need (fan, little fridge, fresh towerls, soaps, coffee, tea, water...). The location is 1 minute walking to the high street and the train station. Absolutely great, veeery happy, and I am considering getting back for longer stays.
I trully can't say anything bad, and I am picky!

Not very clean,no changing of towels during the stay,bed sheets never changed in 7 nights...they could do more definetly..only warm water never hot..
