Great location and really perfect apartment for friends .

The location was ideal,nice and quiet but within walking distance to everything we needed. Really good value,there were only three of us but each of the three bedrooms had massive beds ,the facilities were excellent,and when you consider the price,it's way better value than most hotels. Our host was more than helpful too. I would highly recommend this gem of a place.

Cold, heating wasn’t working, long time to reply to messages and the mastic in the bathroom really lets the apartment down

Great location as near the shops, beach and pier, all within walking distance. The parking space was really appreciated as nearby is all street permit parking or paid carparks. Property was clean and tidy and great place to relax after a day out.

Location in town and close to good beaches. Comfortable, clean and nicely furnished.

Good position, walking to shops, Mumbles promenade etc. was easy.

Parking a medium sized car not easy and required reversing back out into the street where cars frequently left little room. Otherwise everything was fine, clean and in good condition. Some guidance regarding rubbish and recycling would be helpful as every council is different. I could see only green food waste bins and one plastics bag.
