Cozy Apt NRG Pool,Wi-Fi, Free Parking, PetsOK!

I really liked how clean and cozy the property was. The location was perfect close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The host was very responsive and made sure everything was easy for check-in. The space felt exactly like the photos, and the little touches made it even better!

Right down the street from the stadium nrg perfect 12 minute walk

The instructions i’m getting the key to get in the building and gate so when you pull up to the gate, you wanna look to the left side that would be the box where you select your key code to receive your key to the door entrance and also for the gate opening once you get your key you will need to park on the fifth or sixth floor if available slots now you need to go to the location where the room you would need to go on the third floor to get to the first floor.

Noisy, needed an update and cleaning. Furniture broken and carpet dirty. TV on wall but wires hanging down and plugged in to another outlet hanging….

I like how close it was to the NRG stadium. Me and my girlfriend came down from TN for the Houston Rodeo.

It was confusing to figure out how to get in. There was no signs or name for the apartment so it took a minute to figure out where we was going.

Gated

No staff to help with gate or gate code. Wi-Fi didn’t work. I booked this location an stayed at a dif location pretty sure there was a price difference

Location

Check-in was 2+ hours late due to poor housekeeping staff. Additionally, the property owner was uncaring and accusatory.

The inside of the apartment that we ended up staying at was nice.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! 6 days before our stay, they emailed me and said that the place I had booked 2/8/24 wasn't available but they had another apartment they could put me in. I had booked this place because it was within walking distance to the Rodeo, they moved me to a apartment 25 minutes away. I got on Booking.com and looked and the original place was still available, which I mentioned to them and they said it was a website issue. When we arrived at the apartment, the outside of the place looked like a place you didn't want to leave your car outside. the inside was a nice remodeled apartment.
