Elevator wait times are a bit extensive at times but no super big deal.

I was really happy with our stay. The room was clean with the exception of having a broom so I could clean up after beach days, it was fully stocked. Bed was very comfortable, location was great, and QUIET. Couldn’t hear any noise from other apartments. The city view was incredible, and the pool was perfect temperature. The only complaint was the elevator does get very crowded during certain times but they disclosed this up front. The valet was quick and easy, and the deposit and resort fees were all disclosed up front which was great to budget ahead of time. I loved that they have a shuttle bus to the beach as well and the food from the poolside restaurant was phenomenal! Drinks are very expensive there but well made. Highly recommend this stay for the value and location when compared to similar prices places! I loved seeing the bridge go up while sitting poolside too. Great experience !

The location was great! We were in walking distance of restaurants, stores, and the beach. We apprecaited the view, but if you don't like noise, then you won't like going on the balcony. Very busy road below. That didn't bug me, but it did my husband.

The bed was broken and not comfortable. The valet would sometimes take awhile to get our car. The electrical was also not properly working with outlets in the kitchen. The bathroom light had a bulb that wouldn't stay lit, which was right above the vanity.

Nice view. Apartment was nice. Shuttle to the beach was a nice amenity.

Parking/check-in was a nightmare, the valet drivers drive carelessly. Long waits for elevators. The floors the apartment were extremely dirty. Not a great spot to walk to anything. Somewhere in this listening it says no resort fee, which is false. $30/ a night. None of the staff speak English very well which makes things difficult.

The number was disappointing. The sofa was stained. The toilet drain worked every other time. After informing the administration about this, no one came to fix it. The faucet in the shower is broken. The towels are stained. There was a puddle under the sink in the kitchen. The dishes are dirty. The glass on the balcony is cloudy, dirty and streaked. The elevator had to wait a long time to go down or up to the room.

The property was overlooking a beautiful area and there was plenty to do. Hotel was clean and efficient.

What I didn’t like is that the hidden fee’s were not listed anywhere prior to booking, I did not know it was valet only and the staff could not understand English. Also, the bed in the master bedroom seemed to be broken as when we laid down we would sink to one side. The wait time for elevators was also pretty long.

The guest desk was very transparent and helpful. They also are professional and pleasant.

Don't look at the old rails, it was very ideal, everything was very nice, I had a good rest, I will book again to come back again, the view is beautiful, the service is beautiful, the ocean is 2 minutes away.

I love the view from the apartment, quiet, clean, relaxing, and beach walking distance. Shopping is right across the street. The host is just a phone call away, and it was nice to accommodate my request to extend my stay at the last minute..

Parking is only by vallet only, which was $30 per night, and they also anticipate tips.
