"very noisy"

It's my second stay at this location and I was booking the apartment on the 14th floor with the water view and for the second straight time I'm getting that apartment on a high floor facing the road and that presents a major noise source and a completely different experience all my complaints were answered that you're not getting a specific apartment you're getting the apartment based on availability however on the booking it says even the number of the apartment very frustrating experience

The location and size was nice

We stayed for 5 days and were only given one tiny body soap which is not what you are expecting at a hotel. The bed was uncomfortable and the remote for the tv did not work.
