Very bad customer service. Deposit charged for RM200 dan condition bilik sangat teruk. Bilik kotor dan berhabuk, bedsheet kotor dan berbau, kusyen kotor, penyandar kerusi bengkok, toilet berbau, sabun badan sikit dan takde bau wangi, sabun kain tak disediakan, serbuk kopi tiada, air mineral tak cukup, ironboard patah tak boleh guna, tuala lusuh dan berbau. Keadaan bilik macam tak pernah service, tiba tiba ada stained sikit dia kata burn deposit RM200. J angan la stay sini. Naya tipu orang. Teruk sangat sangat.
