Arrangement very bad

The apartment were clean, and the carpark provided was near the lift entrance. The host also very responsive and we received our deposit on the same day for checkout!

1. the check in time is 3pm. I requested early check in but it was turned down by the owner. He said it will be charge for early check in. and the check in instruction was sent to me only at 3.11pm. For traveler like us from other state , not familar with the area/parking etc, took longer time to get in the the room. Overall my experience is this host seem to be more calculative as compared to other host that I met previously. 2. the parking lot for this unit is at totally opposite end , very very far away from the lift -.- If you have young kids, many luggages to bring for traveling with young kids, then I don't recommend. 3. they are collecting deposit rm200 before they send you the check in instruction. What can I do? If no deposit they will not send the check in instruction (on my actual check in day). So no choice. Feel cheated/threatened as it is not stated anyway in the booking details. 4. the pool is under construction maintenance and I am not informed by the host / in the booking post. I pick this place because they have swimming pool. My kids get very disappointed. 5. Only one single small hook in the bathroom and it is very near to the water heater. How do you expect me to hang clothes, towel all together at one small hook ? 6. Only provide very limited toilet tissue (half roll of toilet roll x 2. maybe balance from previous guests). Referring to my booking the host can see I come with kids and I will be staying for 5 days 4 nights. It will be good if the host can be more considerate.

Everything ok

The room equipped with washer, kitchen appliances such as microwave, fridge and kettle so it ease our simple meal prep (noodles and hot drinks). Aside from what's equipped inside the room, the building itself is located near grocers and restaurants. So our heavy meals are covered as well 😀

It's just unfortunate abit that the location still under some construction but it's not the owners fault. We just have to be cautious and abide the sign for detour due to the construction and stay safe.
