give the best equipment if you wanna give to customer for instance iron board already broken and accused me broke it because it already old but they already refund 50 out of 200 for the extra depo and your identification card for all people who stay but its okay maybe for safety measure usually i only give identification card for the one who make booking not so friendly user the system as they ask for IC FOR ALL MY FAMILY MEMBER i feel my family and i privacy is not safe as they ask for all the *IC* but if i dont give them they will not give the tutorial and guideline what choice i have, they ask before they give you key and guide to check in andand for my main issue is the after check out for the sheet idk how can stain like that , i have stay alot of place by booking so far great experience these one i will avoid in the future for sure, maybe im unlucky get the room but i hope the management will take a great action to ensure the bed all clean and the equipment provided is in top notch, i hope only t he best for me as user and them as provider , but sorry i will avoid as parking veryy veryy veryyy far from the hotel lift ,and they dont have map its take time for us to find the numbr parking lot haha veryy hujungg to hujungg one , im not the one to like make complaint i hope you guys can improve , regards

I love the space, the bathroom was cleans, there are washing machine too. The bedsheet was clean and comfy, the aircond and fan was good. The parking was ok 👍🏻

The wifi didnt work when we’re staying there. Hard to get 5G maxis line there. The guard at the lobby wasnt friendly, he scream “tap the card” to us while he can say them nicely🙄👎🏻 the elevator was slow

1. Clean except for two towels 2. Quite spacious 3. Fridge and washing machine (no detergent)

1. Stain on towels 2. No slippers, no rubbish bin, no towel hook in the bathroom 3. Only provide limited toilet tissue (maybe balance from previous guests) and no face tissue 4. Two of the chairs not safe to be sit on 5. Noisy because of some construction near by 6. Limited halal restaurant

Clean, nice view, staff friendly but cant access to the pool. Pool closed because have a contraction near the pool. The bad is the staff never mention to customer. My our family planning for swim totally change.
