Cabana Club 206 Gulf Oceanfront, King Bed, private beach

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this property. After traveling 15 hours for our honeymoon, we arrived to a unit that did not appear to be in the condition represented in the listing. We immediately documented numerous cleanliness and maintenance concerns upon arrival, including stained pillows, dirty kitchen and bathroom areas, excessive wall scuffing/marks throughout the unit, grime behind appliances, broken fixtures, and what appeared to be significant mold growth in an exterior storage/closet area directly outside the unit. We contacted the host immediately after check-in and provided photos documenting the condition of the property. Although a cleaning service was offered for the following morning, we ultimately did not feel comfortable or safe remaining at the property and secured alternative accommodations instead. We did not stay in or use the unit beyond arrival and inspection. Unfortunately, the refund request was denied despite the photographic evidence provided, and many of our concerns and messages were either dismissed or not directly addressed. The lack of accountability and resolution was extremely frustrating, especially given the condition of the property and the additional expense of finding another place to stay on short notice. We would strongly encourage future guests to thoroughly inspect the property upon arrival.

Sofa pull out bed was broken. Table on balcony needs to be replaced. Unable to get remote in the bedroom to work.

Great location easy to park and get to the unit. Well taken care of but old appliances.

The balcony furniture was plastic and broken. That was disappointing since I love to sit on the balcony. Needs to be updated. Couldn’t use the drawers because they were very dirty.

The beautiful view ! The double bathroom and jacuzzi tub. The bed was very comfy. The owner very accommodating.
