"Horrendous"

We did not like anything. We were supposed to enter via a lockbox code. THERE WAS NO LOCK BOX. It looked as though they had cemented over were the lockbox had been and the electricity box outside the property was dead. We tried to contact the owners just got voicemail. It was early evening we were cold. Had to give up and find a hotel. Booking.com have given us a refund but not compensation or any explanation as to what happened
