The Coffee Residences- 3 Bedroom Apartments-4km to JKIA, 7km to CBD

It had everything we needed for a one-night post-airport stay. The bread, eggs and milk were honestly a gamechanger (thank you!!). Super clean. Good security. Check in was pain-free and the key code / lock worked brilliantly.

Couldn’t get the wifi or the TV to work - the network mentioned didn’t show up even when manually typed in. No huge problem as my kids watch too much TV anyway but maybe something that might be problematic for travellers without local simcards. We also got lost trying to find it and the area was abit run down, but again the property itself was great.

Great value for the money, and very clean, plus the staff were very hospitable abd friendly / welcoming

Das Apartment ist riesig groß und hat alles was man braucht. Unser Aufenthalt war für unsere zwei Nächte perfekt. Unser Taxifahrer war pünktlich am Flughafen um uns abzuholen ...und ganz spontan konnten wir am nächsten Tag mit ihm noch eine kleine Stadtrundfahrt machen. Das hatte der Apartmentbesitzer kurzer Hand organisiert. Großartig.

We had a 1 night stay in Nairobi and wanted to be near the airport for next day travel. We were a group of 5 and wanted a place to accommodate us. It was clean, safe and well stocked with everything we needed for the night including snack items to get us through the night as well as water, tea, etc. they also made arrangements for a driver to pick us up at the airport as we arrived at 9 PM . He was familiar with the facilities and help d us get settled. The property was great for a 1 night stay.

The location was industrial so I would not chose it as a long term vacation spot

Nice to have breakfast items provided. Appreciated access to exercise room. House was very well equipped. It was nice that a nice shopping mall was within walking distance (15-20 minutes).

Pool could be cleaner. House would have been easier to get around with a little less furniture.

The location is very good and the rooms very spacious

The services were not as expected. Right from check-in, we had to keep calling and asking for directions. There was supposed to be parking, but on arrival, we were told to park anywhere,something that got us in trouble two times, resulting in unnecessary delays. There is supposed to be continental breakfast, you get into a house with only a packet of UHT milk,then the following day at 10 a.m after ofcos so many calls, someone comes and asks you what you want for breakfast so that he/she rushes to the supermarket to buy for you. It was totally inconveniencing,children needed breakfast earlier than 10 . Every time we requested something, someone new came, who didn't have an idea of what we had asked for. Lastly, we asked for an airport drop-off, and we were assured that it would be there in good time; no one ever showed up even after several reach outs, no explanation, no information!! We had to do very last moment adjustments so as not to miss our flights. It was disappointing. We had expectations... Less value for the money. But as said, location and space are perfect.
