The Coffee Residences- 3 Bedroom Apartments-4km to JKIA, 7km to CBD

Nice and tidy apartment, with lots of coffee. Cookies on the table.

The location is great.Imara mall is less than 5km away from the property.Also close to the airport as well.

There was no mosquito net.

We were in apartment 36A and I say this because I cannot vouch for any of the others. So this accommodation was equipped with all the conveniences which, frankly were above and beyond our needs for a one-night stopover to catch an early morning flight. Washing machine, microwave oven, cooker, fridge, a massive TV, proper showers and a fridge that was so well stocked with breakfast goodies, we decided to stay in and dine. The book shelf had a wide range of very interesting books that would have kept an intellectual content for a number of months. Shame I was there for one day only. We organised a pickup via the Accommodation and were met on time at the airport by their very patient and extremely helpful driver Musso. The apartment is within a compound like area so it is very safe. I see it being ideal for medium to long-term contractors wishing to be close to the centre of Nairobi. Good Shopping malls are a 10 minutes drive away.

Well, the location is rather industrial and rough. There is a container yard next to it that is pretty noisy within office hours and we were warned to not go on walkabouts as we would be fleeced if not worse.

Its my second time to stay in this property. They quite never disappoint. I love the rooms, and the fact that there's always something to munch on. I especially love the free coffee they offer. Make sure you buy some to take with you :-).

The transportation was smooth from the airport to the property Our driver even stopped at the store for us.

The owner of this property is Greedy. We traveled over 24 hours to get to Nairobi and when we arrived at the 3 bedroom apartment I rented there were only 2 bedrooms. When the driver called her for us, she stated that the guests in the 3 bedroom wanted to stay longer so only the 2 bedroom was left. We would have been more than happy to go to a hotel where we would all be able to sleep in a bed!! Instead one of us had to sleep on the couch and there were no extra sheets or bedding in the apartment. Very inconsiderate on her part not to give us the chance to make other accommodations and then she even asked us to pay the same amount originally quoted for a 3 bedroom!!
