Ilikai Apt 308 - Spacious Studio with Stunning Ocean & Harbor Views

調理器具が揃っていて便利。ソファーベッドも十分な広さだった。子連れでも過ごしやすい。シャワーは取り外せて水圧もまぁまぁでた。非対面のチェックインでも案内がスムーズだった。良い旅になりました。

トイレの便座に蓋がついていなかった。ソファーベッドは軟らかめ。

Location was ON POINT and away from the hustle. 3rd floor was so easy to come and go as we please. Close to the lagoon and the pool was right there for the taking.the shop were also a bonus with mostly everything you needed. The diner was another great place to eat which is conveniently part of the building. I rate it a good 9.

Parking is expensive and valet only but you can park at the marina behind the building which works out cheaper

Location, view, quieter siide of the building, entertainment, Hawaiian dancers on Friday night, staff, especially the guard was very helpful.

Need a new frying pan, Teflon is very scratched. Need a colander strainer for training pasta or berries.

The location was perfect for us and the unit was very spacious. So close to everything and a wonderful place to sit on the balcony and relax. We also experienced very good prompt communication with the management company. The instructions for door entry were clear and easy to activate. We appreciated having laundry facilities in the building for our 10 day stay.

Although it was very handy to have kitchen facilities, there was no dishwasher as advertised, and even mentioned on a notice on the fridge door about placing dishes in the dishwasher when departing. There was a large oven but not one dish that was ovenproof. The bed was very uncomfortable mainly because the bedding did not fit the mattress. The living / sleeping area was lit solely by 4 lamps, 2 of which were broken. These were replaced by management for us but we still felt the lighting was inadequate for the large area.

The room smelled like mold. Smelled liked the carpet was wet and was not properly dried or cleaned. The shower curtain smelled like it was not replaced due to old wet clothes smell. a subtle air freshener would help. I felt like I have to be perfect using the property. We didn’t even want to use the amenities as we are afraid we will be charge. It’s like we’re not allowed to do anything. Directions left seem threatening. It would be nice to be provided with all the “rules” prior to booking. If I knew then I would have not booked the room. We left the room so tidy like we were never there. Also, a contact number should have been provided beforehand
