Shared access stairwell needs some TLC The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, we had to layer bedding on before sleeping Saying it sleeps seven is a stretch!

It was a lovely flat in a fantastic area too!

The location is perfect for city centre trips. The apartment is a good size, the two bedrooms are more than big enough for a couple, the living room is a good size too with a good sized kitchen. The host was amazing, we were left without accommodation following being messed about by a prior booking, we were able to check in here within minutes of booking, for this and the help that the host gave can not be thanked enough, a misunderstanding with the operation of the cooker was attended too very quickly.

Only a few negatives for the price. The apartment is look a bit tired in a couple of locations, the bathroom, carpets and paintwork could do with a little refresh. The bathroom extractor needs removing and cleaning. A shaving socket for shaver or toothbrush charger would be useful in the bathroom. The kitchen has the essentials, but I’d rather pay an extra £10 a week to ensure a supply of cooking essentials, oil, tea bags and sugar at least, also an apartment help sheet could be useful, I’ve never know a timer to have to be used in order for an oven to work, whilst the manual was there, I didn’t expect at 45 to need to read this to get it to work. The hot water would only get to the shower if the basin hot tap was turned on the bleed it through. I am also always wary of digital keypad entry, I know how difficult it is to change the access code to these and don’t expect those are changed following each change of occupant, the apartment door could do with being replaced with a secure key used in place of the keypad.

There is nothing to like about this property - it’s like an escape room with different codes to access property - walked in to a leak on the first flight of stairs and got wet the leak was that bad - 3 flights of stairs on a grubby stained carpet - and a banister that is loose and unsafe !. Entered the property itself and it was grubby - damaged - blood stained sheets - all sofas were stained with dubious white stains - property smelt of curry - mold on ceilings- marks on carpet - too frightened to take off our shoes and open cases!. We did not stay at this property and recurved NO REFUND - DO NOT STAY HERE !

Property even had the cheek to request a £250 security bond - door handles and locks were also all damaged - toilet seat hanging off -

The location was amazing Very spacious apartment The manager was very attentive and helpful.

Could have been cleaner, was a little worn.
