USI was very disappointed with these accommodations. The only two things that were worthwhile were convenience and proximity to venue, outside of that, I would never stay here again. I found it dirty (I found clumps of woman’s hair in front of my bedroom threshold so I ended up vacuuming the bedroom, bathroom and hallways), there was old paint cracking and falling off the ceiling, cracks in the large column in the bedroom, cracker pieces and other food items under the living room couch, and mold in the track of shower doors. I go to Indianapolis about 10 times a year and I will never stay at this place again. And, I will tell everyone in my organization to never stay here. These people have no pride in their properties and their overall cheapness shows. They even charge for a bottle of water! Just cheap ! This is a “never stay again apartment,” especially for the price! I feel like I got taken.
USUSNEVER RECIEVED THE INFORMATION TO GET KEY STOOD OUTSIDE FOR HOURS WAITING FOR AN EMAIL THAT NEVER CAME, HAD TO CANCEL AND SPEND $300 ON A HOTEL, MY FOOD WENT TONWASTE DUE TO NO FRIDGE AND ALL PLANS WERE MESSED UP DUE TO NO SPACE IN A CRAMMED UP HOTEL ROOM
NZLocation was great. It did get very noisy after dark from the street/traffic. Cool building, funky loft. Great easy access parking.
USI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel very clean and inviting. It was also incredibly accessible, with convenient amenities and easy access to the State House. Most importantly, the bed and overall setup were exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay to the fullest. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and clean place to stay!
Maybe that I had to park outside, while getting the fob and access to the parking space.
USThe loft was adorable & better than described. The location enabled us to do even more activities in a shorter amount of time. Was great.
The only issue was parking. Just tight quarters getting in & out.

Confusing heading about parking, highlighting Lucas Oil and skywalk. Huh? That’s where we thought our parking was; searched an hour for skywalk 5!!! Remove that wording! Very confusing.
USI liked the codes used to enter the building and the property itself. The apartment was vey cute and cozy.
I did not like how hard it was to get in contact with the host or anyone managing the property. We got stuck in the garage and no one answered the phone or our messages to help us navigate the situation. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication available during a snow storm from the property management.
