could not get in the room and could not get any help to get in. our original check in was at 4:00p.m. we arrived two hours early and asked for a early check in, We never received our instructions to get int the room. booking.com said that the property owners would email us the day of our arrival. the property owners said the instructions were on the booking.com app and they refused to resend us an email. we finally got a booking.com representative on the phone that talked us through how to get int the room. We were not able to get into the room until 5:45 pm causing us to miss an important meeting that I had a fw blocks away.
USThe property was centrally located in downtown Indianapolis, near many restaurants and places to see. The kitchen was very well detailed, and the coffee was really delicious. The layout of the apartment is great.

The build can be hard to find, we didn’t like that you had to go to room to park and back to room to return keys for parking lot. The parking lots is not made for big vehicles. It was me and my husband, I wouldn’t book if it was a girls group, the hallway are not the best.
