What I like about the property is that is very clean and professional. There is a cleaning lady here every day making sure that the refrigerator kitchen bathroom and each room is ready for its next occupant. She even checked on me while I was in my room so I give this place a very high pleasant excellent score. I will come back here again and again and in the future.

There was nothing I did not like about the place. The place is very clean, very professional. I could not find anything wrong with this location at all. I read the previous comments of other people that have been here, and I believe they all lied because when I first walked in here, I saw how professional and clean his place was

I disliked the property in every way possible. There was a “no smoke” sign but there was a strong unpleasant smell of smoke. the mattress is full of mold, there are no pots or cutlery, it needs a lot of improvement

Cleanliness was fair.

This is a ghetto near New York. We didn't know in which are we were going before we booked, Booking should have a feature with the area rating to warn you about the safety of the area. When we came there we saw the hosts inside which were homeless people that work there for free. they clean the rooms just to get a roof over head. They were smoking inside the house. They were cooking and making a mess and bad smell every morning. We were not feeling safe at all.

Got to locate was very shocked about the place. Crackheads and rats. It's a rooming house with renters there already. Asked for a refund didn't get it stayed one night booked for 3 nights. Wasted money and property manager is no help , he has drunks showing u where you are sleeping.

Cheap will not refund if ur not happy .

There was no breakfast

Light switch to my room was outside. There was no other source of light in the room.I do, however, commend the entrepreneurial spirit of the owners. The place did not have much but it did not stop them from listing the place for guests. A few improvements like a kettle to boil water in could make a difference for tea lovers like myself. Bedside lamp could be very useful too.
