Good location, Big room and nice staff

Could be cleaned a bit better, too many mothballs that gave me a headache, i removed them outside.

Room was really spacious, good new air con. Very central location but very quiet still. Helpful friendly staff.

The pillows were really uncomfortable. There was no shower gel, shampoo etc.

Spacious rooms within a walking distance from the beach. Comfy beds and beautifully decorated.

Very nice and helpful staff. Accommodation close to the beach and several restaurants. The interior of the room is in good conditions. Even fittings from “Grohe” are used in the bathroom (a detail I was quite surprised about). There is a shower in the garden to get rid of the sand from the beach. We are a family of 4 , 2 adults and 2 small boys (might be important for other families during their research for accommodation on Unawatuna Beach) and we liked our stay over 4 nights there.

super location, close to the beach and the main road, restaurants, yet pretty quiet and cozy at night. nice staff, big kitchen.

didn’t clean our room during our whole stay (for 4 days). maybe we should have asked for it. but I’d expect them to clean the room without asking.
