Þegar það var rafmagnslaust einn daginn og við náðum ekki í neinn til að láta vita. Eftir um 30-40 mínutur náðum við í Booking.com, eftir það kom einhver og athugaði málið. Sá aðili talaði ekki ensku, notaði google í samskiptum. Það vantaði bækling með upplýsingum í íbúðina. Einnig ekki gott að einhver skyldi ekki hafa samband út af þessu. Við vitum að þetta var neðanjarðar og í nokkrum húsum en það hefði verið gott að heyra í einhverjum. Íbúðin varð ísköld.

They leaked my details to scammers including confirmation numbers, dates, etc which nearly led to my Credit Card being compromised. The chairs at the dining table have no foam left and are terribly uncomfortable. There is visible mould in the shower which wasn’t ideal One bedroom had a massive stain in the carpet All the heating was turned off and is on storage heaters so it took 24 hours to get heating There was no flexibility to leave some luggage for 30-60 mins after the checkout time. They have somewhere with lockers for that but it’s a 15 mins Uber ride away For the cost I was sorely disappointed as the quality just isn’t there

AUThe location was amazing - just below Edinburgh Castle and withing easy walking distance of the Royal Mile, Waverley Station, restaurants and shops. The apartment was good, shower hot and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
We could have done with a Teatowel to help with wahshing our dishes and there was a bit of confusion over the address. It is actually King Stables Road not King's Stables Lane.

Kings Stables Lane was not an accurate address on the original booking. We asked to gain entry from 4.00pm and eventually got the email at 4.15pm with more accurate address details. The instructions on how to access the property were not great. Also, the phone number provided is completely useless as no one answered from 3.00pm onwards even though the message said someone would be available from 3.00pm to 9.00pm.
