Villa A & A Hikkaduwa

Great location, good price, tidy and nice house.

Besser geht es nicht, der Vermieter hat uns bestens betreut, vom Flughafen abgeholt uns auch geholfen weitere Unternehmungen umzusetzen. Die Villa ist riesig, 2 Schlafzimmet mit Bad im Erdgeschoß, ein weiteres mit Bad im 1. Stock sowie eine große Wohnküche. Im 2. Stock eine große Sonnenterasse von wo man bis zum Meer sieht. Die Lage top, ein Supermarkt 1 min entfernt, das Meer gleich über die Straße und viele Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen. Ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis noch dazu, ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Location is great, steps from the beach with bars & restaurants, next to Cargills, on the bus route and near a walking path to Hikkaduwa. There is excellent AC in the bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Anoj is the best host, a truly kind person who went out of his way to help us and communication was great from the day I booked.

There is some highway noise but it is negated by the tranquility of the garden area!

Really nice space and great value. Didn't realize when I booked that there is no AC, but the fans in the bedrooms were quite strong. Great place for a group of friends as there's several separate bedrooms.

The house was really beautiful and so worth what we paid for it. The place is also just a 3 min walk from one of the cleanest beaches in Hikkaduwa. We had a wonderful time with our toddler.

Anoj is the best landlord. Very helpful, very kind. Use the whole 3 flor of villa is greate. Thanks for staing.
