Spacious 2 Bed, 2 Bath Uptown Gem in the Heart of the City-Parking-Wi-Fi-Balcony-Walk to BOA Stadium

The location was good and centrally located in Charlotte. The layout of the unit was fine, the bedrooms were a good size.

The furniture and finishes is the unit make it feel like a dorm room - dingy and kind of gross with stains on the carpet and sofa. There kitchen had not been wiped down, and there were food remnants on the plates and bowls in the kitchen. There was one towel on the rack in each bathroom and no soap in the shower. You can hear the warning signal from the light rail most of the night - it woke me up at 4:30 am.

The view the space was just incredible

It was a secure, clean, and comfortable, with a good location and parking ease.

The check-in and check-out times were arduous and not competitive with other apartment properties and hotels nearby.
