We are from the UK and the check in e-mail was not sent until the morning of our arrival so it was not clear on how to enter the property the day before. We could not use the app that was suggested (from UK) and had to contact the receptionist who was not at the desk. From arriving to getting into the property it took over an hour. The property is in the centre of the city but it did not explain on the website you would not be able to sleep due to the noise of the city and aircon in the property. The property looks tired and the cooking facilities pans cups glasses all need to be updated. I would not book to stay in this property again.

The apartment is spectacular, super comfortable and with everything you need for a very good stay. It has all the necessary amenities and very good taste in the decoration. Very well located and very good exterior view.

By we having an international phone number it is not possible to use the app for the elevator, which makes it difficult to access your floor if the reception employee is not there, something that happens at night from early.

They chrip app sucked and it was hard to access the elevators at time almost got locked out of our apartment my only complaint.
