FEEL - Patio del Sole

Good location, clean rooms.

The washing machine was wonderful for us after travelling for a bit. A little kitchen and a comfy bed were great and just below the old city.

Room not really big enough to spend time relaxing in.

Superb accommodations. Cosy room but very well appointed and tastefully decorated, with everything you need in the kitchenette (including lavatrice!). Location is 15 minutes or less walk to pretty much anywhere: Citta Alta, UniBG, XX Settembre shopping, Carrefour and Conad groceries, GAMEC and Accademia Carrara, train/bus station, etc. Hosts were very responsive to messages, and it was very easy to get access through the lockbox.

Main door is also main window, so you need to close external shutters for privacy since you walk out to a patio area with other rooms nearby, and the shutters block the natural light. This is a minor point, however, since the room is well lit, but not obtrusively so. The hosts were receptive to the suggestion to consider adding a translucent shade to the door, otherwise the stay was 100% perfect.

Communication was by WhatsApp and it was excellent. I arrived in middle of storm and person was brilliant with directions. Accommodation is excellent in a great area for both sightseeing and shopping. Would definitely recommend

The apartment was so beautiful and comfortable. I used the kitchen, and I had everything I needed. The little terrace was so nice! I didn't know how to use the washing machine, apparently, and the owner came the same day to help me. I slept so well, and the bathroom is nice. Also, it is located right next to the funicular!

There is no AC, and it got pretty hot. Careful with the mosquitoes, make sure you close the net all the way through.

Good open layout with shelving and various lighting options, decent microwave and option of stove and washing machine Kindly provided with an umbrella upon request. Coffee pods supplied and decent amount of towels and fridge space. Good use of mirrors to create an open feel. Good positioning of plugs. Ideal location for old city and the main transport options. There is smart TV but it's not connected to an account meaning you'd need to log in with your Netflix but with the new limitations now, this could mean unable to use your account on a different device so you'll just have the YouTube.

The patio is shared, there are no privacy fences, so if one of the other apartments in the gated area is occupied by a couple or a group one may feel less inclined to sit out or have the shutter gates open because you are visible. There were no apparent signs to discourage noise levels and keeping outside area neat - some guests appeared to be too comfortable and blasé.. No aircon so keep the door open and shutters locked at night. No complimentary water to ease arrival after traveling. I raised these issues with the customer service of the property.
